Billy, you will truly be missed. I will always remember when you and Bobby use to come into Denny's for coffee and our chats, and the time you fixed the brakes on my car. I want you to know how much I always appreciated your kindness. You are one in a million, keep smiling that wonderful smile.

My wife Diane and I 1st met Bill just under 50 years ago when we were starting out with an old VW and two little kids. Bill & Bob ran the most honest repair business in Central N.Y. The people of Lakeland trusted them like family. Bill will be missed by all. Thanks for being a friend. Sorry we will be unable to attend the service as we are out of state. Our prayers are with the family.

Grew up working for Billy in the garage. He taught me a trade that I raised my family on and sent my 3 children through college. For that I will forever be grateful. One of the best friends I've ever had.

I have great memories of being picked up from school, parties and events in the Tow Truck. Will never forget how he came to our rescue after our car broke down on the Thruway with a second vehicle so Suzie and I could continue our weekend adventure to Keuka College, which would become where we went to college. Always smiling, even though usually quiet, you knew if you needed him, he would be there for you at any time, no matter what the situation, time of day or night or weather. He was a very amazing man and will be greatly missed. My love, thoughts and prayers to my second family the Yager family. So glad I was able to grow up knowing such a great man!
