To the whole Seib family, I just heard the sad news from the Syracuse Blands. We all have such wonderful memories and are so grateful that our parents became friends with yours all those years ago so that we could get to know all of you. I am so sorry to hear about your father, and pray that you will find some comfort in the wonderful memories you will always have, and in hearing about all the lives he touched as you pass through this most difficult time. Our family will miss him greatly. Love, Brenda Bland

Dave was my neighbor at camp and a friend since I have known him. His quick wit and mischevious smile made him easy to like. He has certainly led a full life and has left behind enough family to fill a tour bus! To say he will be missed is missing the point... of course he will... Dave is just one of those special souls who will find a way to make the lord laugh when they have a conversation. Cheers Chief... till we meet again...

Lt. Seib was my first commanding officer when I went on the Syr. Police Dept. in 1971. We worked midnight to 8. This man was a rookies prayer! Professional, compassionate, knowlegeable and always willing to answer questions from dumb rookies. He taught me things that I used during my whole career.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the whole Seib Fmily. We have all lost a truly fantastic person!
