Dear Bill,
we met each other through online gaming and soon became good friends, talking about all manner of things which went on in our day to day lives. Your honest opinions and good hearted character will always be the most important parts of our friendship I will remember. The only regret I have is to never have met you in person, but that didn't make our friendship any less real to me and I know you felt the same.
"I had a friend in you, a sturdy tree to talk to in this vast forrest of questions"
With respect,
Jeroen Decker

Lisa,
I am so sorry to hear of your husband's passing. Sympathies to you and your family from not only myself but also from Scott, Jennifer and all of us whom you touched so dearly during our loss. You held us up when we could not do it alone and I want you to know that my Amazing Grace picture hangs proudly in my front hall. I think of you often. God bless you and all of your family -
Sincerely,
Nancy Schneegas and family

Lisa, me and my brother Phil are not sure if this is the Bill Powers we were good friends with when we were in school. Did he have a brother also named Bob? and were his parents living in PA at one point. If you could email me when you can would appreciate it. Very sorry for your loss.

Bill, Rest in Peace my Friend. I remember you riding your "Polaris Mustang" up in the Forestry off of Richfield Ave. We rode our sleds until 3:00 am up behind Green Hills during that Blizzard. That was one of the best times of my life. I always admired the way you could fix anything on wheels or tracks. I've been living in Georgia for 20 years now. I'll remember the that night the rest of my life. Thanks for the memories Brother. John Denton

Dear Powers family,
I have no other way of reaching you, but I thought this would especially be a difficult time for you. Therefore, I wish and pray for you all to have the strength to get through this christmas and hope the coming year will be a blessed one. William is still here in spirit.
Much love,
