Obituary of John Dennis O'Brien

John Dennis O'Brien, 77, of New York City died Wednesday, at Cornell Presbyterian Hospital. He was son of the late Maurice and Marian (Harrigan) O'Brien. John was born in Syracuse, NY where he graduated from St. Anthony's High School and Syracuse University. He was a member of the Air National Guard and the Onondaga Ski Club. John was a Vice President with First Trust (Key Bank) of Syracuse and Chase Bank of Syracuse and New York City. He spent the last 15 years of his career working in Saudi Arabia. He retired in 2005.
Survivors: his brothers, Thomas H. O'Brien and Richard A. (Roberta) of Syracuse. He was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Sandra (Giamartino) O'Brien. John is also survived by several cousins and many dear friends. John loved life and lived it to the fullest.
Services: There are no calling hours. Private services and burial were in St. Agnes Cemetery.
