Obituary of Linda R. Simiele

Linda R. LaMontagne Simiele, 68, of Solvay passed away Friday, at Van Duyn Center. She retired from New Process Gear and had owned and operated her beloved Simiele's Family Restaurant. Linda loved to spend time with family, cook, and was an avid fan of the Yankees and SU sports. She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Simiele Jr.; parents, Rose and Arthur LaMontagne; sister, Diane Epps; niece Renee Epps Roman. Survivors: her step children, Anthony (Kris) Simiele, Mia Simiele, Barb (Mark) Reichert, and Gina McConnell; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Services: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Tindall Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. at St. Brigid-St. Joseph Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY.
