Ruth A. Walsh, 94, of Syracuse passed away peacefully Friday. Born in Chicago she lived most of her life in the Syracuse area. She worked many years for Solvay School District as the school lunch manager. Ruth was member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a longtime member of First English Lutheran Church.
Survivors: son, Robert (Joanne) Walsh of Westvale; grandchildren, Melissa Walsh (David Cook), Kristina Walsh (Silvio DiSisto), Kimberly Walsh; great grandchildren, Madison Cook, Giovanni and Alessio DiSisto.
Services: 11:00 a.m. Monday at First English Lutheran Church, 501 James St., Syracuse. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse.
