Helen was a unique women. She loved the smell of second hand smoke. I think it reminded her of her youth and better days. She was one tough lady. As a stroke surviver she lived with her disability for a long long time. As i only knew her on this condition it always amazed me how she was still able to communicate with only yes and No and “anyway” and the imfamous. Jesus. When she was annoyed or upset. I think of her everyday. And wish she was still alive to see her grandchildren and great grandchildren thrive. She had an amazing sense of humor and i miss her. God bless. May you rest on peace grandma.

I worked at Plaza for 13 years..Helen was a fixture ..always cheerful & smiling.Everybody loved her..She was always on the go & took advantage of everything Plaza had to offer. I used to kid her that her "running the roads" must exhaust her.
