Obituary of Joseph A. Colavita

Joseph A. Colavita April 10, 2013 Joseph A. Colavita, 96, of Syracuse passed away Wednesday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, he was an Army Air Corps veteran of WW II and was retired from Solvay Process. He was predeceased by his wife, Rose Petrosillo Colavita in 2012. Survivors: a daughter, Suzanne M. Colavita of Liverpool; a son, Joseph F. Colavita of Denver, NC; and two sisters, Mary Daino of N. Syracuse, and Lucille Marjinski of Syracuse. Services: 10:00 a.m. Monday at Tindall Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will follow in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery.
