Obituary of Alexandra Maria Kazel

Alexandra Kazel March 31, 2013 Alexandra M. "Alex" Kazel, 43, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday peacefully at home. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of West Genesee High School, and attended Mohawk Valley Community College. She was actively involved with the Sisterz in Syracuse and enjoyed attending the Assault City Roller Derby events. Alex enjoyed dealing in antiques with her mother for many years. Survivors: her partner, Karen Bowman of Syracuse; mother, Sandra C. Kazel of Syracuse; brothers, Christopher, David, and Brian; nieces, Jordyn, Kathleen, Elizabeth; nephew, Benjamin. Services: 6 p.m. Friday at Tindall Funeral Home. Calling hours will be 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SPCA, 5878 E.
