It's a terrible loss for a woman to lose her mother. I lost my mom 8 years ago - she was killed by a car. Now I've lost my mother-in-law and it was just losing my mom all over again. Both were too young.
Your mother was a wonderful woman - one I always looked forward seeing. So soft spoken and you could see the kindness in her eyes. But what a blessing to have had her for such a long time. You should feel rewarded for having cared for her so well before she left you. She will live on in your hearts and your memories forever.

Your mom was a wonderful woman and you were a wonderful daughter. Someday when you look back on those last few days of her life, you'll smile and remember her life rather than her death. I learned that things change, but it doesn't mean you will forget the past. It simply means that you will move on and treasure the memories left behind. Love ya Dor

I will always remember my mother as a beautiful woman. I will remember her love for me even when I was less than deserving of it. Her strength and devotion toward me made me a better man. I regret the years of worry I gave her and I am thankful that she lived long enough to see me become a more upstanding and loving son.

Mrs. Day, a beautiful woman, loving mother. I'll always remember the gracious, lovely, beautifully dressed, young grandmother at Leighanne's shower and wedding. She was delightful, easy to talk with and ready for a ride in Barb's sports car! What a lady! What a pleasure to have met and spent time with her. Above all, she dearly loved her three children.

Martha was a great Lady with a great sense of humor. We always traded barbs and made each other laugh. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't rattle her. She knew the secret to my heart was food. I have the best memories of her and will never forget her.
