Obituary of Tracy Lynn Ingalls

Tracy Ingalls, 54, passed away on March 30 surrounded by her family. She was born in Syracuse, NY, daughter of the late Linda (Miller) and Peter A. Kunzelmann, Jr. Tracy graduated from West Genesee High School and was employed by Wegmans for 38 years.

Tracy will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, aunt, dog-mom, step-mother, grandmother, leader and friend. She treasured her family.

She is survived by her husband of 9 years, David Ingalls; father, Peter Kunzelmann; sister Pam (Shane) Brightwell; her beloved niece, Paige and nephew Kaden Reid; three step-children Mandy (Dennis) Sugrus and their children, Grace and Sophie, Patrick Ingalls, and Andy Ingalls and his daughter Victoria, and cherished extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Linda.

She will be remembered for her selflessness and generosity. She brought out the best in people, made them laugh, mentored and encouraged many, and taught with respect, love and compassion. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities and her kind personality and smile were contagious. She enjoyed shopping, reading, and the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Her family would like to thank Jennifer Castro FNP at Preventative Medicine and the Crouse Hospital Staff on 4S for the exceptional care they provided.

Services: 10 am Monday April 4, at Holy Family Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Warners. Calling hours will be 2 to 5 pm Sunday April 3, at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St.

She leaves behind many loving memories that her family will cherish forever.
