Obituary of James Jacquin Galbraith
James "J.J." Jacquin Galbraith, 38, formerly of Clay, passed away peacefully with family by his side after a lengthy illness. Born in Syracuse, he lived in San Diego, Virginia, and Detroit. J.J. had moved back to the Syracuse area. He was a graduate of Liverpool High School and LeMoyne College. J.J. worked in IT as a project specialist with Search Optics for many years. He was passionate about vegan cooking, travel, reading, music, and animal rights.
Survivors: his parents, Dennis and Diane (Jacquin) Galbraith; brother, Josh (Larisa) Galbraith; nephews, Gunner James and Siever Joshua; several cousins; aunts, Darlene Smith and Judy Bailey.
Services: 10 am Tuesday at Tindall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Plains Cemetery. Calling hours 4 to 7 pm Monday at the funeral home 1921 W Genesee St.
