Helen lived across the street from my Mom and brother. My Mom and brother have since passed, Helen was like family , my brother would take his dog, Lacey over to Helens to play with Kiki the cat and visit for hours. I personally spent time visiting with Helen, She was a wonderful person. Sorry for your loss, condolences.

Terry and Frank - I am sorry to hear of the loss of Aunt Helen. Did not know she lived close to me. I lost my Dad two years ago. You have my sincere condolences at this difficult time. We haven’t seen each other in years but still remember when our families would get together for July 4th BBQs at our house! Good times. Thinking of you both.

I worked with Helen for many years. She was so much fun - yet professional, efficient and took pride in her job.
She had a great sense of humor and took care and worried about her bosses. I'm sorry for your loss - she was such a character - I know she'll be deeply missed.

Knew Helen for many years when we worked at the Dept. of Community Development. She was upbeat and funny. RIP young lady.

Helen was our neighbor for almost 30 years, always a kind word and a great conversation. We have many memories of our mother and Helen sitting in our yards with many times discussing the neighborhood and their love of it. Listening to the two of them, along with some of our other neighbors, reminisce about earlier times, was an amazing pastime.
Helen, you will be missed .

Helen was one of the best neighbors one could have! I always marveled at her spunk and ambition...nothing seemed to stop her from doing most of her own yard work and more! She loved our kitties, Lily and Beau, as much as we did. Rest In Peace, sweet lady!

Broken-hearted that the Queen of the Adirondacks has passed! My sympathy to all and my gratitude for sharing your mom, Terry. I credit your mom and you for instilling a love of the mountains, which I cherish to this day. She is now looking down from the highest mountain of all. May she Rest In Peace. I will miss her...
