Frank was my instructor in Kirkville in 1976 when I joined Camillus Fire Department. His prime goal was the safety of all of us and that we were prepared for incidents as much as possible. He did take a rbbing from the class when a picture of him on the roof of a structure during a house fire appeared in the news paper showing him ventilating with lack of some turnout gear. Our deepest sympathy to your family.
