Helen Cochran Gillani

Helen Cochran Gillani of Syracuse passed away Monday. She was born in Newark, NJ and married her first husband Andrew Cochran and in the 1930's they moved to Syracuse. Helen worked many years for Wells and Coverly and Patrick's Dry Cleaners. Andrew would predecease her in 1966. She would later meet and marry Anthony Gillani who also predeceased her in 1987.
Survivors: son, Richard A. Cochran of Plattsburgh; daughters, Sharon R. Cochran of Syracuse and Jeanne L. Burke of Syracuse; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services: will be held privately for family at Tindall Funeral Home and entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the SPCA 5878 E. Molloy Rd., Syracuse, NY 13211.
